These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the cleatfinder.com website and the Cleat Finder mobile application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
What Cleat Finder is
Cleat Finder is a price-comparison service. We collect publicly listed prices and availability from third-party retailers and present them together so you can compare. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, hold stock, take payment, ship orders, or handle returns. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that retailer, on their terms.
Accuracy of prices and availability
Prices and sizes shown are what we last observed at each retailer and may be out of date, incomplete, or incorrect. Retailers change prices and stock without notice, and our collection of that information is automated and imperfect. Where we cannot determine a price we say so rather than showing a figure.
Always confirm the current price, size, and availability on the retailer’s own site before buying. The retailer’s listing governs, not ours. We are not liable for differences between a price shown here and the price you are charged.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links to retailers are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the order in which offers are shown — offers are ranked by price. We do not accept payment for placement.
Acceptable use
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use them in a way that breaks the law.
Intellectual property
Product names, brand names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance here does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
Service provided “as is”
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the information in them is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services or from any purchase you make from a third-party retailer. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
